The Game of Dice can be played almost anywhere. However, it is crucial that you have enough
space to fully throw the dice without breaking anything. Furthermore, it is even better if you have walls or large objects
nearby that the dice can bounce off of, bringing more excitement and unpredictableness to the game. Also, it might be best
to play Dice when there are not too many people around who might get annoyed with the game (for some wierd reason). In short,
a conference or a meeting is not the place for Dice, but extra points if you manage to pull that off!
An ideal place to play the Game of Dice is in a school hallway, where the dice can
bounce freely off the walls undisturbed.

The Game of Dice can be played at almost anytime. It depends on the individuals particular
interest and when they feel most like playing Dice. There are no rules about the time of day it must be to play dice.
In my personal opinion, it is best to play the Game of Dice in times of utter and absolute
boredom.
